I actually went to the doctor about it and was told I need to alter my posture at work, as it was giving me headaches which were then causing me to get dizzy... oh well! Right, it Karate there are 3 Adam's. 1 Adam has been going for quite some time, one Adam is a Londoner, I'm the other Adam!
