Hi,
News on 21 September course:
The Sept course will be Wado only, Aikido is now unavailable I'm afraid.
It will probably be pair work, Kumite, Kata & Kata Bunkai, Idori & Tanto Dori.

Yep I sure am going - always good to get more wado training in and see old friends.
I'll be leaving around 11am.

I think it's pay on the day.
Yeh - no problem for lift with me - I will be leaving about an hour and a half to two hours before to make sure I get there on time. About 11am leave Taunton then. We can split the petrol on the day.
Make sure you email Graham Chuck on kenkyukai@btinternet.com to secure your place. _________________ "Q might have done the right thing for the wrong reason, perhaps we need a good kick in our complacency to get us ready for what's ahead" -- Captain Picard

Shame no one else made it on the day, there were interesting and varying aspects of Wado covered.
Included were:
Qi-gong warm up. (Light and flowing).
Ki exercises.
I-dori - kneeling defense.
Competition fighting combination techniques and practice exercises.
Bunkai of Pinan Sandan (applications).
Competition rules and scoring by qualified referee.
Shiatsu warm down (massage).
I had a very enjoyable day as there were many different Wado clubs there. _________________ "Q might have done the right thing for the wrong reason, perhaps we need a good kick in our complacency to get us ready for what's ahead" -- Captain Picard
