Here is a very rare opportunity. Dan Inosanto is giving a seminar in Bournemouth. As you may already know Dan Inosanto was the main training partner for the late Bruce Lee and currently recognised as one of the worlds most knowledgeable martial artists alive today. This seminar will enable you to learn techniques that can be intergrated into your current system or taught separately.

Day 1 will focus on techniques which can be to give you an advantage in MMA and  kick boxing competitions such as UFC, Cage Rage, K1 and Muay Thai. Day 2 will incorporate the use of stick and knife and arts more appropriate for street fighting scenarios.

It will be on the 26th and 27th of January at a cost of £55 per day or £100 for both. Not cheap but it's not very often you get the chance to train with a legend... apart from the Aikido or Karate sessions of course!

Hmmm well I have to discount myself seeing as I do not train in Karate but I believe Gary does both Karate and Aikido, so perhaps that's who David is talking about Razz
